摘要
以棉/粘胶混纺针织物为例,通过测试横档处和正常处纱线的线密度、捻度、条干、混纺比和纱线张力等因素,给出织物产生横档的主要原因。指出:织物产生横档与原棉的选配,原料混合,织机的机械状态和员工的操作不当等因素有关,企业应该针对具体问题采取有效措施。
Taking cotton/viscose blended knitted fabric as an example, the main reasons were analyzed by testing the yarn linear density, twist, evenness, blending ratio and yarn tension. The result shows that the barres mainly related to the assorting of raw materials, mixture of raw materials, mechanical state of equipments and knitting operation etc. The effective measures against specific issues should be taken in the practice.
