摘要
为指导临床医务人员正确地选择和使用医用口罩,按标准要求做好职业防护,按照标准GB 19083—2010《医用防护口罩技术要求》及YY 0469—2004《医用外科口罩技术要求》,对随机收集的四大类(共8种)非织造医用口罩的防护性能进行了检测。结果表明:医用防护口罩过滤效率、过滤阻力和表面抗湿性能均符合标准要求,但抗血液穿透性能达不到标准要求;医用外科口罩过滤效率和表面抗湿性能符合标准要求,但抗血液穿透性能达不到标准要求,且过滤阻力偏高;医用颗粒物防护口罩的过滤效率、过滤阻力、表面抗湿性能和抗血液穿透性能均达到标准要求;一次性医用普通及护理口罩表面抗湿性基本符合标准要求。
In order to guide the clinical staff to select and use the medical mask correctly to achieve occupational protection of medical standard, the protective properties of four types (eight samples) of non-woven medical masks collected randomly were tested according to the GB19083-2010 standard 《Technical requirements for protective face mask》and YY 0469-2004 《Technical requirements for surgical mask》. The result shows that the filtration efficiency, inhalation resistance and the surface wet resistance of medical protective masks made in China meet the standards, but the barrier property for blood failed to reach the standards. The filtration efficiency and the surface wet resistance of surgical protective masks made in China meet the standards, but the inhalation resistance is high and the surface wet resistance can' t reach the standards. The surface wet resistance filtration efficiency and resistance property of 3M medical particle protective masks meet the requirement of medical protective masks and surgical masks. The surface wet resistance filtration efficiency of ordinary disposable masks meets the requirement of medical protective standard.
