20世纪70年代开始,社会发展已由"以技术为核心"转为"以人为核心",进入21世纪,坚持以人为本的科学发展观成为社会发展的总体价值取向,并作为教育理念贯穿于整个社会的教育发展趋势。"以学生为本"的人本教育理念是对以人为本的价值核心的追求,旨在整合学生的个体差异及个人需求,培养学生主动学习的积极态度,加快国家素质教育进程,考虑学科及专业动态同社会发展相适合的原则,高等院校应进行"以学生为本"的教学理念改革,充分实现弹性化教学的发展。文章具体探讨了高校"以学生为本"的教学改革理念。
