商洛不同产地连翘中连翘苷含量比较

Comparison of Phillyrin Contents in Lian Qiao from Different Areas of Shangluo

目的:比较商洛不同产地连翘果实中有效成份连翘苷(C27H34Oll)的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对不同区县连翘中连翘苷含量进行检测。结果:不同产地连翘果实中连翘苷含量相差较大,山阳石头梁所采样品连翘苷含量最高,山阳赵川所采样品连翘苷含量较高,洛南灵口所采样品连翘苷含量最低。结论:不同产地连翘中连翘苷含量有明显差异;主要由连翘生产地生态环境因子及生产管理措施不同导致。

Objective： To compare the effective contents of phillyrin（C27H34Oll） in Lian Qiao（forsythia suspensa vahl） of different places in Shangluo. Method： High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC） was used to detect the phillyrin contents in Lianqiao from different producing areas. Results： The phillyrin contents in Lian Qiao fruits of different areas varied sharply; the contents in the samples of Shitouliang in Shanyang county were the highest, in the samples of Zhaochuan in Shanyang county were the higher and in the samples of Lingkou in Luonan county were the least. Conclusion： The great differences are presented in the phillyrin contents of Lian Qiao of different areas, induced by ecological environment factors of Lian Qiao＇s different producing places and the different producing management measurement.
