摘要
目的:制备朴硝散并建立其质量控制方法。方法:按GMP制剂标准制备,并进行定性检查和稳定性等指标考察。结果:制备工艺稳定,能有效控制产品的质量。结论:该制剂制备工艺设计合理,质量控制方法简便、准确、可行,制剂稳定性好。
Objective: To prepare the Po Xiao powder and establish the quality control method. Methods: According to the GMP preparation standard, the Po Xiao powder was prepared and the indexes like its quality and stability were observed. Results: The preparation technology was stable and could be effectively control its quality. Conclusion: The preparation technology of the powder is reasonable and the quality control method is easy, accurate and feasible with good stability.
