外来芳香本草与医学经典的调适——以明朝《本草纲目》芳草、香木类药物为例

The Adaptation of Exotic Aromatic Medicine to Medical Classics——Take Aromatic Herbs Recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica for Instance

目的:探讨外来药物是如何按照中医传统进行调适并在中医理论指导下发挥其临床效用。方法:以明朝《本草纲目》芳草、香木类药物为例进行探讨。结果:《本草纲目》芳草、香木类药物于唐宋本草文献中所占比例较多,来源于波斯、大秦的较多,中国南方一些省份有移植栽培。结论:对外来药物的药性认知有一个传承发展的过程,一些新出现的外来药物的临床使用并不是直接套入到现有理论规律中,而是对其功效应用有一个摸索试探的阶段。

Objective： To explore the adaptation process that the exotic herbs recorded in the medical classics were modified to exert their clinical effect under the guidance of TCM theory. Methods： The aromatic herbs in Compendium of Materia Medica of Ming dynasty were investigated in the paper. Results： Coming from Parsa and Qin dynasty, the more aromatic herbs recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica were distributed in the herbal literatures of Tang and Song dynasty and some of them were transplanted and cultured in some provinces of southern China.Conclusion： To understand the herbal property of aromatic herbs takes a long time. Since the clinical applications of the new emerging herbs are not presented in the present theory, their effective applications go through a long way of probing and exploring.
