分析医院后勤人员暴露的危险因素,指出针对相关因素采取切实可行的管理对策,对不同岗位的各类人员进行职业暴露的培训,提高对职业暴露的认识,提供必要的防护用品,加强监督管理,最大限度地降低后勤人员职业暴露的风险,保障各级各类人员的安全。

The risk factors of hospital logistics staff were analyzed to present the feasible management measures for the relevant factors. All categories of personnel on different posts were trained to increase their knowledge of occupational exposure; the preventive necessities were provided and the supervision and management were strengthened to reduce the hospital staff＇s risks of occupational exposure to the greatest possible degree and ensure the safety of all types of personnel at all levels.
