On Application of Yang-warming Method on Patients with Chronic Diseases

从理论基础、病机特点、名老中医运用温阳法的经验及温阳法在慢性病中的应用4方面入手探讨八法之一温阳法在慢性疾病中的应用,指出慢性病虚实夹杂,根本病机在于阳气衰微,命门之火不足,治当以温阳为法。

From the perspectives of theoretical basis, pathogenesis, the famous doctors＇ experiences of using Yang-warming method and the application of Yang-warming method in treating chronic diseases, the applying situation of Yang-warming method, one of eight methods in TCM, in chronic diseases were explored. The results showed that the essential pathogenesis for chronic diseases of mixture type of sufficiency and insufficiency is declination of Yang-Qi and deficiency of Mingmen fire and its treatment should focus on the method of warming Yang.
