武陵山片区农村体育公共服务供给现状研究

Study on Current Situation of Rural Sports Public Service Supply in Wuling Mountain Contiguous Destitute District

武陵山片区农村体育公共服务存在供给主体单一、政府供给缺位或不足、供给不均衡以及缺乏监督机制等问题,政策环境的建立和完善、交通运输业的大发展、社会经济文化的发展以及体育产业的发展是武陵山片区体育公共服务供给的动力要素和现实基础,应通过培育多元供给主体、转变政府职能、加大政府投入、创新管理机制以及构建合作供给模式等措施全面提高武陵山片区体育公共服务供给效能。

There are problems of single supplying main body, lack or shortage of governmental provision,unbalanced supply and lack of supervision mechanism in rural sports public service in Wuling mountain contiguous destitute district. The establishment and improvement of policy environment, the rapid development of transportation, society, economy, and sports industry is the impetus and realistic foundation for sports public service of this area. Measures such as cultivation of multi-main bodies, transformation of government functions, increase of government spending, innovation of management mechanism and establishment of cooperative provision mode should be taken to improve the effectiveness of sports public service supply in Wuling Mountain Contiguous Destitute District.
