四川藏区旅游开发可持续发展动力机制研究

Dynamic Mechanism of Tourism Sustainable Development in Tibetan Area of Sichuan

可持续发展是四川藏区旅游开发必须坚持的基本原则。以发展背景、发展驱动力、发展状态、发展响应为重点,立足政府、市场、社区三大主体,构建了四川藏区旅游开发可持续发展BDSR动力机制模型。通过对该动力机制内涵的分析,认为四川藏区旅游开发可持续发展的核心驱动力在于政府、市场、社区三大主体作用的全面发挥,并根据藏区旅游开发实际,提出了坚持政府主导作用、突出市场主力作用和重视社区主体作用等对策建议。

The tourism development in Sichuan Tibetan area should adhere to the sustainable development as the basic principle .The study focuses on the background ,motive ,and status quo of the development ,and constructs the BDSR dynamic mechanism of Sichuan‐Tibet tourism sustainable development concerning the core subjects of the government ,market ,and community that can provide theoretical guidance and decision‐making reference for sustainable development of Tibetan tourism in Sichuan Province .
