摘要 从计量、采样、制样、送样、存样、化验等环节对火电企业燃料管理的现状进行分析,并从自动计量、自动采样、自动采样、煤样封装及标识、煤样传输及存储、化验网络化管理、入炉煤管理、数字化煤场、管控中心等方面阐述了燃料智能化管理系统的具体建设标准,综合运用现代物联网、自动控制化和信息技术构建燃料智能化管理系统,并对燃料智能化管理系统在火电企业的应用进行了探讨与展望,建议加快推进相关技术的研发及相关标准的研制以推进燃料智能化管理系统的应用。 From stages such as meterage,sampling,sample preparation,sending sample,sample storage and test,the fuel management circumstance in thermal power plants was introduced,and from aspects like automatic meterage,automatic sampling,coal sample package,identification,coal sample transportation and storage,network management of test,coal as fired management,digital coal storage field and control center,the specific construction standards of fuel intelligent management system were demonstrated.Moreover,the internet,automatic control and information technology were used to establish the fuel intelligent management system,and the application in thermal power plants of that system were also discussed and expected.Additionally,it was suggested that we should accelerate the development of relative technology research and relative standards,which could accelerate the application of fuel intelligent management system.
