摘要
流行病传播研究的核心内容是基本再生数以及它的阈值。在这篇文章中,我们主要介绍了在聚类网络传播过程中的两个基本模型:SIS模型和SIR模型。利用平均场理论和微分不等式,我们得到了以上两种模型的阈值。由此可以得知,聚类网络在社交网络的疾病传播中发挥着举足轻重的作用。
A central concept in the study of epidemic spreading is the basic reproductive number, or the epidemic threshold. In this paper, we are concerned with two fundamental epidemic model, SIS and SIR model, spreading on clustering networks. By using mean-field theory and differential inequality, we obtain the epidemic threshold for the two models. This remind us that the cluster of networks play a important role in the spread of diseases on social networks.
