摘要
以云南某冶炼铜炉渣为研究对象,采用原子吸收光谱法、显微镜观察法、X射线衍射分析及矿物解离度分析仪(MLA)等手段研究了炉渣的成分、矿物组成、结构、有用矿物的嵌布特征及粒度组成。结果表明:铜炉渣为稀疏-稠密浸染状构造,主要的结构为不等粒似球粒状、半自形—他形粒状结构;炉渣含铜3.63%、铁44.9%、银29.0 g/t,为主要的有价元素;铜主要以辉铜矿、斑铜矿、黄铜矿等硫化铜及自然铜等形式存在;铁主要赋存于磁铁矿、铁橄榄石、锌铁尖晶石和铁尖晶石等矿物中;有用矿物嵌布特征复杂,且粒度分布不均。
Taking a copper smelting slag in Yunnan as research object,atomic absorption spectrometry,chemical phase analysis and microscope observation,X-ray diffraction analysis and mineral dissociation degree of analyzer( MLA) were adopted in study on slag composition,mineral composition,structure,characteristics and grain size of useful minerals. The results show that the copper slag has sparse structure,dense structure and the main structure was seriate spherulitic,subhedral-granular structure. The copper slag contains copper 3. 63%,iron 44. 9%,silver29. 0 g / t. The main copper minerals were chalcocite,bornite,chalcopyrite copper and other natural sulphide minerals. Iron mainly occurs in magnetite iron,iron olivine,zinc,iron and iron spinel minerals. Useful minerals were disseminated complicated and distribution of particle size was uneven.
