摘要
创新是企业实现持续发展和取得竞争优势的关键,而员工创新又是企业实现创新的关键。虽然已有的文献论证了变革型领导与员工创新行为之间的正相关关系,但是关于变革型领导如何影响员工创新行为的问题仍然处于不断的探索中。本文将制度理论与领导理论相结合,引入制度理论中的创新合法性变量,构建了变革型领导风格、创新合法性和员工创新行为之间的概念模型。
Innovation is the key factor for enterprises to realize sustainable development and obtain competitive advantages, while em-ployees’ innovation is the key to the innovation of enterprises. The existed literature has demonstrated the positive relation between the transformational leadership and employees ’ innovative behavior, but how the transformational leadership affects employees ’ innovative behavior is still in exploration. This paper, with the combination of the institutional theory and leadership theory, establishes the concept model of the transformational leadership style, the innovation legitimacy and employee innovative behavior by introducing the variables of innovation legitimacy.
