试论苏童小说的“感伤”情调

Discussion on the Sentiment in Novels by Su Tong

作为20世纪80年代先锋作家的代表人物之一,苏童在20多年的创作生涯中发表了300多万字的作品,这些作品逐渐形成了"香椿树"系列、"枫杨树"系列及"红粉"系列等。纵观他小说的这3个系列作品,我们可以发现一个共同点,就是小说中贯穿着浓厚的感伤情调。他的这种感伤情调主要从感伤的意象建构、感伤的小说语言、悲剧的人物塑造等3个方面来展现。

As one of the representative writers in 1980 s, Su Tong has published works over three millions of words during his more than twenty years’ creative career, which have been categorized into different series such as Xiang Chun Tree; Maple-poplar Tree and Red-pink. A common feature can be found in these three series,that is,a strong sentiment is deeply rooted throughout his works,which is embodied mainly by gloomy image,dolorous language and tragic characters.
