摘要 研究了大厂锡石多金属矿、凡口铅锌矿和武山铜矿伴生黄铁矿的物性特征在活化剂体系对其可浮性的影响。活化剂体系中,硫铁比值、半导体类型对黄铁矿的浮游性起决定性作用,硫铁比值大于2、半导体类型为P型的黄铁矿,易于活化,在活化体系中的浮游性更好。氯化铵、草酸、硫酸铝对凡口型黄铁矿的浮游性活化效果好,碳酸氢铵对硫铁比值大于2、晶格参数大、半导体类型为P型的大厂型黄铁矿活化效果好,而硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁对黄铁矿的活化效果一般。 The characteristics of Dachang cassiterite polymetallic ore, Fankou lead-zinc ore and Wushan copper ore containing pyrite was studied and the effect of activation system on their flotability was also studied. In the activation system, the sulphur-iron ratio and semiconductor type play a decisive role to pyrite planktonic. When the sulphur-iron ratio is greater than 2, the P-type semiconductor is pyrite, the flotability is better. For Fankou type pyrite, ammonium chloride, oxalic acid, aluminum sulfate can get better planktonic activating effect. When the sulphur-iron ratio is greater than 2, the lattice parameter is large, P-type is semiconductor, pyrite can get better activation effect. While the activation of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate for pyrite can only get general effect.
