摘要
内蒙古某铜矿原矿含铜1.28%,铜品位较高,但氧化严重,氧化率高达76.07%,属于高氧化铜矿。原矿中氧化铜矿物主要为孔雀石,硫化铜矿物主要为辉铜矿和黄铜矿。为综合利用资源,针对矿石性质,进行了详细的条件试验,最终确定采用"先浮硫化矿后硫化浮选氧化矿"的工艺流程,获得了良好的分选指标。全流程闭路试验获得了含铜28.68%、回收率20.65%的硫化铜精矿以及含铜16.82%、回收率52.38%的氧化铜精矿,总铜精矿含铜19.05%、回收率73.03%,对该类资源的综合利用提供了一定的参考依据。
The copper ore in Inner Mongolia contains 1. 28% of Cu,which is deeply oxidized,the oxidation ratio of copper is 76. 07%. The main copper mineral is malachite and the main sulfide copper minerals exist as chalcocite and chalcopyrite. To comprehensively utilize the resource,based on the ore properties,conditional testes have been carried out and the method of‘direct flotation of copper sulfide ore-sulphidized flotation of oxidized copper ore'has been carried out. The closed circuit fluid tests have been operated. The sulfide copper concentrate contains 28. 68%Cu with a recovery of 20. 65%,the oxidized copper concentrate contains 16. 82% Cu with a recovery of 52. 38%,with the total concentrate contains 19. 05% Cu with a recovery of 73. 03%. This paper provides a certain basis for the comprehensive utilization.
