摘要
某低品位金铜混合矿石原矿样含Au0.41g/t、Cu0.22%、Ag3.5g/t、S0.51%。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,矿石中金主要以自然金形式存在,铜主要以蓝辉铜矿、铜蓝及硫砷铜矿形式存在中,还有微量胆矾和氧化铜矿。根据该矿石特性,采用尼尔森重选+浮选+氰化联合工艺选别,Au综合回收率达94.33%,Cu回收率82.38%,综合高效回收了矿石中的金和铜,为处理相同类型低品位金铜矿石提供了参考依据。
A certain low-grade gold-copper mixed ore contains 0.41g/t of Au, 0.22% of Cu, 3.5g/t of Auand 0.51% of S. Process mineralogy research results show that the gold in the ore is mainly in the form of natural gold and the copper is mainly in form of blue chalcocite, covellite and enargite. Besides, there exists a few of Chalcanthite and copper oxide ore. According to the characteristics of the ore, the combined mineral processing technology of Nelson gravity-flotation-cyanide was adopted, the gold recovery of 94.33 % and the copper recovery of 82.38% were obtained. , whichprovides reference for processing the same type of low-grade Gold-copper ore
