摘要 目的 探讨内后侧入路内固定治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折的可行性及近期疗效。方法 对2006年1月-2013年12月17例胫骨平台后侧骨折患者行内后侧入路切开复位内固定治疗并进行随访,做疗效分析。结果 17例均获随访,随访时间4-24个月,平均12个月,骨折愈合后以美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分标准进行膝关节功能评估。骨折愈合后HSS评分78-94分,平均(87.3±3.8)分。结论 内后侧入路对胫骨平台后侧骨折可以很好的显露并复位内固定,术后膝关节功能恢复较满意。 [Objective ] To discuss the feasibility and efficacy of posteromedial approach internal fixation in the treatment of posterior tibial plateau fracture. [ Methods ] Totally 17 patients with posterior tibial plateau fracture who underwent open reduction and internal fixation via posterior approach from January 2006 to December 2013 were followed up. The curative effect was analyzed. [Results] All 17 cases were followed up, and the average follow-up time was 12 months (range, 4-24 months). After fracture healing, knee joint function was evaluated by HSS (the Hospital for Special Surgery) score. HSS score after fracture healing was 78-94, mean (87.3 ± 3.8). [ Conclusions ] The posteromedial approach can be a very good exposure, reduction and fixation way for the posterior tibial plateau fractures, and postoperative knee function can recover satisfactorily.
