摘要
基于应变液晶原理,在聚合物分散负性液晶紫外光固化相分离过程中采用二次曝光技术,进行第二次曝光时施加了垂面拉伸应力,制备出应力诱导垂面定向聚合物分散负性液晶反式电控调光玻璃样品。样品既具有反式压光效应调光玻璃功能,又具有反式电控调光玻璃功能。处于半透明态时,透光率接近30%;施加压力或电场后变散射雾态,雾度90%以上。反式电控调光玻璃研究是调光玻璃领域难题,采用应变液晶技术制备反式电控调光玻璃对液晶电光器件的研究和应用具有重要意义。
Based on the principle of stressed liquid crystal,re-exposal method is used during the phase separation by UV curing,and vertical stretched force is applied in the second exposure process.The reverse mode electronic controlled switchable glass samples of polymer dispersed negative liquid crystal by stress inducing vertical directional polymerization are prepared.The sample has the properties of reverse mode piezo-optical effect and reverse mode electronic controlled switchable glass.The sample is translucent and the transmittance is nearly 30%.When compress force or electronic field is applied,the sample turns to scattering opaque state and the haze is above 90%.The research on reverse mode electronic controlled switchable glass is a difficult problem in the switchable glass field.Preparing the sample by stressed liquid crystal technique has a certain significance in research and application of liquid crystal electro-optic device.
