摘要
对1999年-2014年间国内有关教师发展政策的样本文献进行科学量化分析发现:学术界对该领域的研究集中于"教师队伍建设"、"教师发展"两大主题,采用以教育学为主的研究视角,研究层次多局限于理论研究。同时在研究日益成熟的过程中,对高校教师政策的引导和服务能力欠缺。针对以上不足,今后的研究应加强问题意识、拓宽研究视野、加强国际比较并适应我国国情,逐步实现由"教师培训"到"教师专业化"、高校"教师队伍建设"向"教师发展"、教育研究服务于政策的制定与转型的研究转变。
The quantitative analysis of the sample, related to scientific discovery of domestic literature on faculty development pol- icies between 1999 and 2014, showed that academic research in this area has focused on two major themes: "construction of fac- ulty members" and "faculty development". The researches adopted a pedagogy - based research perspective, and they were more confined to theoretical research. Meanwhile, in the theoretical study of the growing maturity of the process, the policy of the university teachers' guidance and service capacity is insufficient. For the above shortcomings, future research should strengthen the problem awareness, broaden the research horizons, strengthen international comparison and adapt to China' s national conditions, realized the transition from "faculty training" to "faculty professionalization", from "construction of faculty members" to "faculty development", and educational research can service for policy development better.
