加味半夏厚朴汤治疗颈椎病合并梅核气的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect on Treating Cervical Spondylopathy Combined Globus Hystericusby Supplemented Pinella and Magnolia Bark Decoction

目的 :观察加味半夏厚朴汤在治疗颈椎病合并梅核气的临床疗效。方法 :参照国家中医管理局制定的中医病证诊断治疗标准等书 ,对 1996年～ 2 0 0 0年中 1375例中合并梅核气证 352例 ,随机分成两组分别采用半夏厚朴汤合三黄葛根汤与单用三黄葛根汤进行对比观察。结果 :加味半夏厚朴汤与对照组有效率分别为 95.4 %与 78% ,疗程进度治愈率 ,治疗组共 2 52例 ,第 1疗程治愈 189( 75% ) ,第 2疗程 37( 14 .7% ) ,第 3疗程 15例 ( 6% ) ,第 3疗程以上无效 11例 ( 4.3% )。对照组 10 0例 ,第 1疗程 19例 ,第 2疗程 31例 ,第 3疗程 2 8例 ,第 3疗程以上无效 2 2例。两组在治疗过程中有明显的差异 P>0 .0 5。结论 :加味半夏厚朴汤治疗颈椎病合并梅核气证有良好的治疗作用并对疗程有明显的缩短。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects on treating cervical spondylopathy combined globus hystericus by supplemented Pinella and Magnolia Bark Decoction (SPMBD).Method:According to the standard of diagnosis and therapy on the disease pattern of the traditional Chinese medicine stipulated by National Chinese-medicine Administration Bureau.352 cases of SPMBD during 1996-2000 were randomly divide into Pinella and Magnolia Bark Decoction and Three Yellow Pueraria Decoction control group and treatment group treated by only Three Yellow Pueraria Decoction. Result:The effective rate was 94.5% by supplemented Pinellia and Magnolia Bark Decoction treated ,and the control group was 78%.189 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 75% in the first course of treatment.37 cases were cured in the second course of treatment. T he cure rate was 14.7 percent. The cure rate was 6 percent in third course of treatment. 11 cases were inefficient ,and the rate was 4.3 percent in treatment group treated by SPMBD. There were 100 cases in control group,and 19 cases were cured in the first course of treatment. 31 cases and 28 cases were cured respectively in the second and third course of treatment. The inefficient were 22 cases.The cure rate in treatment group was remarkably different from that of control group (P<0.05) in the process of treatment.Conclusion:The treatment mainly for SPMBD had favorable effect on Cervical Spondylopathy combined globus hystericus,and the course of treatment was distinctly shortened.
