摘要
利用发泡剂产气使得金属熔体泡沫化是制备泡沫金属的方法之一。发泡剂的产气特性是决定金属熔体泡沫化进程的重要因素。介绍了两类发泡剂:以氢化钛为代表的金属氢化物和以碳酸钙为代表的碳酸盐。总结和分析了各种发泡剂的产气原理、在不同气氛下的产气特性、发泡剂的预处理对金属熔体泡沫化的影响及不同发泡剂的优缺点和使用的范围。
Using the released gas from a foaming agent to foam a metal is one of the methods to prepare metal foams. The property of gas release from a foaming agent is an important factor to determine the metal melt foaming process. Herein, two types of foaming agents -- metal hydrides (e. g. TiH2), and carbonates (e. g. CaCO3) are introduced. The principle of gas release, gas release characteristics in different atmospheres, effects of pre-treatments on metal foaming process, the merits and demerits, as well as the application scope of those foaming agents are summarized.
