摘要
以低变质粉煤与液化残渣(DCLR)为原料制备型焦,主要考察了液化残渣中的灰分对型焦抗压强度、热解产品收率的影响。采用TGA、SEM对液化残渣的热解特性及型焦形貌进行了分析表征。研究表明,采用HF酸可以有效脱除液化残渣中的灰分,使其灰分含量从17.74%降低到10.62%。脱灰前后,DCLR的热解特性参数会发生显著变化,反应起始温度降低了约70℃,失重量增加了约7%。同时,型焦产率降低,焦油、煤气的产率有所增加。型焦抗压强度显著增大,当D-DCLR添加量为30%时可提高50%左右。
Formed coke was prepared from low rank coal and direct coal liquefaction residue (DCLR), aiming to study the effect of ash of DCLR on compressive strength of the formed coke and yield of pyrolysis products. The py- rolysis characteristic of DCLR and morphology of formed coke were characterized by using thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The research showed that the use of HF could effectively remove the ash of DCLR,whose content was reduced from 17.74% to 10.62%. Ash existed in DCLR had significant influence on the pyrolysis parameters. The initial reaction temperature reduced by about 70 ℃ and weight loss increased by about 7 %. The yield of coke decreased while those of tar and gas increased. The compressive strength of the formed coke increased by about 50% when the D-DCLR addition was 30%.
