摘要
也门UCC 3000t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线,由于使用当地各种原燃材料中有害成分(主要指K2O、Na2O、SO3和Cl-的挥发性组分)较高,生产线设计有旁路放风系统来减少有害成分对窑系统生产的影响。介绍了窑系统试生产以来,对旁路放风系统的不断调试摸索和性能参数优化以及对原料配料的调整措施,实现了窑系统连续稳定生产,生产出优质熟料,达到业主满意的效果。
As using local high harmful content raw material and fuel(harmful contents mainly are K2O, Na20,SO3 and Cl^- Volatile com- ponents), there designed by-pass system for Yemen UCC 3000t/d cement clinker new dry process production line to reduce the impact of harmful components on kiln system. The constantly debugging and parameter optimization of the by-pass system and the adjusting measures to raw material in trial production were introduced, and stable production of the kiln system was realized, high quality clinker was produced and owner was satisfied.
