锁定接骨板与三叶型钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折疗效比较 被引量:8

The effect comparison of locking compression plate and clover plate in elder proximal humerus fractures

摘要 目的比较肱骨近端锁定接骨板(LPHP)与三叶型钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法将52例患者按不同手术方式分为LPHP固定组(26例)及三叶型钢板组(26例),比较两组患者术中、术后指标及Neer评分。结果 LPHP组手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症等均少于三叶型钢板组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按照Neer评分标准,LPHP组优良率为24/26,三叶型钢板组优良率为20/26,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LPHP治疗老年肱骨近端骨折手术操作简单,内固定坚强,软组织损伤小,对骨骼血供影响小,可以早期功能锻炼,更有利于骨折愈合及肩关节功能恢复,疗效满意。 Objective To compare the effect of locking proximal humeral plate( LPHP) and clover plate in treatment of elder proximal humerus fractures. Methods 52 elder patients with humerus fractures were treated with LPHP(26cases) and clover plate(26 cases) respectively. The index before and after the surgery and the Neer score were compared. Results In LPHP group,operation time,fracture healing time,postoperative complications were less than clover plate group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). According to the Neer score standard,the excellent and good rate was 24 /26 in LPHP group,the excellent and good rate was 20 /26 in clover plate group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions LPHP in the treatment of proximal humerus fracture operation has the advantages of simple operation,stable fixation,less soft tissue injury and less effect of bone blood supply,which is an effective way by early functional exercise and recovery of shoulder joint function.
