跟骨解剖型钛板治疗累及关节面的跟骨骨折 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价跟骨解剖型钛板治疗累及关节面的跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对38例累及关节面的跟骨骨折患者(42足)采用跟骨解剖型钛板内固定。结果患者均获随访,时间8~18个月。按Maryland足部评分系统评价疗效:优30足,良8足,可4足,优良率90.4%。结论跟骨解剖型钛板治疗累及关节面的跟骨骨折,内固定坚强,可早期功能锻炼,疗效满意。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the reconstruction plate for treatment of intra-articluar fracture of calcaneus. Methods 38 cases( 42 feet) with intra-articluar fractures of calcaneus were treated with reconstruction plate. Results 38 cases were followed up for 8 ~ 18 months. The efficacy was assembled by Maryland evaluation criteria:excellent in 30 feet,good in 8,and fair in 4. The excellent and good rate accounted for 90. 4%. Conclusions Calcaneus reconstruction plate for intra-articluar fracture of calcaneus provides strong fixation,allowing early mobilization. The effect is satisfactory.
