胰腺癌干细胞信号通路研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 胰腺癌极易出现转移、复发且死亡率极高。近期对胰腺癌干细胞的研究不断取得突破。有证据显示,某些信号通路在胰腺癌干细胞中被特异性地激活,并有可能成为胰腺癌新的治疗靶点。现对胰腺癌干细胞信号通路的研究现状作一综述。
