摘要
玉米醇溶蛋白由27 k D的γ,21~27 k D的α,17~18 k D的β和10~14.4 k D的δ组分组成。研究对包括4份醇溶蛋白突变体(γz-Lack,α0z-SE,βz-HW,δz-Lack)的普通玉米自交系的农艺性状与醇溶蛋白性状的关联性进行了比较分析。结果表明,玉米自交系间的单株粒质量、株高、穗位高有着明显的多样性,胚乳性状呈现较大的差异;果穗性状与单株粒质量有较大的关联性;γz-Lack在株高和穗位高上有极显著差异,α0z-SE在穗位高、穗长上有极显著差异,βz-HW在穗长、穗行数、行粒数、单株粒质量上有极显著差异,δz-Lack在穗长和穗行数上呈现显著差异。研究结果可为玉米自交系醇溶蛋白性状与农艺性状在遗传方面的相关性研究提供借鉴,对玉米产量与蛋白质营养品质的双重育种目标的达成具有重要意义。
Zein is composed of 27 kD γ , 21-27 kD α ,17-18 kDβ and 10-14.4 kD δ. The study performed analysis correlation between agronomic traits and zein characters in maize inbred lines composing four zein mutants (yz-Lack, αOz-SE, β z-HW, δz-Lack ). The results showed that grain weight single plant, plant height and panicle height had obvious diversity, the endosperm traits had great differences. Furthermore, the ear characters and grain weight single plant were shown to be stronger correlation, yz-Lack showed significant difference in plant height and panicle height, αOz-SE had significant difference in panicle height and panicle length, βz-HW had significant difference in panicle length, panicle row, row grain number and grain weight single plant. δz-Lack showed significant difference in panicle length and panicle row. These results could provide the reference for study on genetic correlation between agronomic traits and zein characters and were considered to be important to breeding research for both maize yield and quality of zein in maize seed.
