摘要
以不同产地蒙古黄芪为试验材料,开展了蒙古黄芪种子质量检验方法的研究。结果表明,蒙古黄芪种子净度分析送检样本最少200 g,试验样本最少20 g;真实性检验采用种子外观形态比较;质量测定采用百粒法;含水量测定采用高温烘干4 h;发芽前进行机械磨损,25℃浸种8 h,以滤纸为发芽床,25℃恒温条件下萌发,发芽首末计数时间为1~4 d;生活力测定采用TTC染色法。
The aim of this study was to optimize the testing methods for seed quality with A stragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var.mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao as materials in different producing area. The results showed that the samples weight of A stragalus mem- b ranace us (Fisch.) Bge.var.monghohcus (Bge.) Hsiao for purity analysis were at least 200 g and for test were at least 20 g;verification of genuineness was assayed by seed appearance comparing and weight of per hundred seeds was determined ;the moisture content test was carried out by high temperature drying method (4 hours) ;the seed-coat was destroyed by machine before germination, and dipping in the 25 ℃ water for 8 hours, seeds on filter papers germinated at 25 ℃ ,the first germination-counting time was the 1 day of the test and the final time was the 8 days ; seed viability was tested by TTC method.
