摘要
目的:探讨静脉输液港在乳腺癌化疗患者中的维护及护理。方法:对19例乳腺癌患者植入输液港,对植入方法、护理技术、维护宣教进行总结。结果:19例患者输液港植入成功,经细心维护,19例患者化疗期间无并发症发生,一例患者在第二次化疗当天局部稍有肿胀。输液港的应用,减轻了患者反复穿刺的痛苦,提高了生存质量。结论:静脉输液港是肿瘤患者安全而有效的中心静脉输液途径,值得临床推广使用。
Objcetivez Discussion on the maintenance and nursing in patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy of vein transfusion port. Method To implant infusion port, 20cases of breastcancerpatientstimplantmethod summariz nursingtclmlgy and maintenancemissin.Results 19patients were succcssfully implanted infusion port, 1 exception courtyard implants, after careful maintenance, 19 patients without complications during chemotherapy, a case of a patient in the second day of chemotherapy local slightly swollen. Infusion port applications, can reduce the repeated puncture in patients with pain, improve the quality of life. Conclusion： Venous transfusion port is safe and effective in patients with tumor of central venous infusion, is worthy of clinical use.
