Clinical Observation On Acupoint Application Combined With Drug For Senile Osteoporosis

目的:比较穴位贴敷配合药物治疗与单纯药物治疗老年骨质疏松患者的疗效差异。方法:将收治的135例骨质疏松患者根据个人志愿随机分成两组,分别给予穴位贴敷配合药物治疗(观察组89例)和单纯的药物治疗(对照组46例),并采用视觉模拟评分法对其疗效进行评价。结果:两组临床症状均得到改善,穴位贴敷配合药物治疗比单纯的药物治疗疗效更显著,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)结论:穴位贴敷配合药物治疗老年骨质疏松效果良好,患者疼痛症状均显著缓解.

Objective： To compare the therapeutic effects of acupoint application combined with drug and simple drug for treatment of senile osteoporosiso Methods： 135 patients were divided into a comprehensive therapy group （observation group,89cases） and a medication （control group,46 cases） randomly. The observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with drag ,while the control group was treated with pure drug. The visual analogue scale method is adopted to evaluate the curative effect. Results： Two groups of clinical symptoms were improved, acupoint application combined with drug are more effective than simple drag treatment, The difference was statistically significant （p 〈0.01）.Conclusion： The effect of acupoint application combined with drug in treatment senile osteoporosis is good, Patients with symptoms were significantly relieve pain.
