58例断指再植术患者的护理分析

目的:在确保患者安全的前提下对断指患者进行及时、有效、有针对性及个体化的护理和健康指导,使患者以最佳的生理状态和心理状态配合治疗,尽最大的努力为病人保留住受损的手指。方法:针对不同患者通过严密观察、科学护理及时进行有效、必要的健康指导。结果:密切观察,观察指标,提高断指再植术的成活率,降低并发症的出现,使患者顺利渡过治疗时期。结论:科学系统、严谨的护理对断指再植术有着重要的意义,提高患者战胜疾病的信心和勇气,确保了再植术的成功。

Objective： to ensure patient safety of severed fingers were timely and effective, nursing and health guidance and individual, with the optimal physiological state and psychological state of cure, make the greatest efforts to retain the damaged finger patients. Methods： according to different patients through close observation and nursing timely and necessary health guidance. Results： close observation, observation index, improve the survival rate of replantation of amputated fingers, reduce complications, so that patients smoothly through the treatment period. Conclusion： nursing science, rigorous system has important significance for replantation of severed finger, enhance patient confidence and courage to overcome the disease, to ensure the success ofreplantation.
