病员服务中心在医院管理以及医院后勤管理中的作用

摘要 目的:为了体现"以病人为中心"的服务宗旨,减少护士从事事务性工作的时间,我院成立了病人服务中心。方法:面向社会公开招聘经过护理专业学习但尚未取得执业证书的专业人员担任支助护士,对其进行培训后上岗,实行24 h值班制,主要负责护送病人做检查,临床科室标本送检、药品取送、门诊导医、出院病人回访等。结果:优化了护理人员配置,保证了护理安全,减少了医患纠纷。结论:成立病人服务中心极大地减轻了护士的工作负担,使护士有更多时间与患者沟通,有利于构建和谐的医患关系。 Objective: To reflect the "patient-centered" service aims to reduce the nurses engaged in transactional work time, I set up a hospital patient service centers. Methods: public recruitment through nursing school but have not yet obtained a certificate of professional practice as a nurse to support its post-training posts, implement 24h duty system is mainly responsible for escorting patients for tests, specimens sent clinical departments, to take delivery of drugs outpatient medical guide, discharged patients return visit. The results optimized nurses configuration to ensure the care and safety, reduce medical disputes. Conclusion: established patient service centers greatly reduce the workload of nurses, nurses have more time to communicate with patients, help build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
