神经外科病人转运风险管理

目的:探讨神经外科病人外出检查常见风险及防范对策。方法:将外出检查的患者分为实验组和对照组,采用不同的病情评估方法,对外出检查患者实施风险评估,采取及时有效的应对措施。结果:对照组病人外出检查时发生病情变化7例,死亡1例,从平车上摔下1例,纠纷2例。实验组病人外出检查时发生病情变化2例,抢救成功2例,无护理纠纷。结论:对于神经外科的病人外出检查前应充分评估,做好应急准备,途中严密监护是防止风险发生和有效应对的关键。

Purpose： Explore the Common risk and Countermeasures of the patients who go out for examination. Method.. The patients who went out for examination were divided into two groups： control and experimental group. We planned different methods in terms of the patient＇s condition, assessed the risk of the patients who went out for examination and adopted answer measure promptly and effectively. Result： Seven patient＇s condition changed when they went out for examination, one patient died, one patient fell off the fiat car and two patients were in dispute in the control group. Two patient＇s condition changed when they went out for examination, two patients were successfully rescued and there was no nurse dispute in the experimental group. Conclusiom Assess the risk, prepare for all eventualities and intensive care on the way are important for avoiding risk and treating effectively before the patients in neurosurgery go out for examination.
