摘要
目的:了解西宁市衣原体、支原体感染的状况及支原体药敏情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:沙眼衣原体检测采用胶体金法,珠海益民生物工程制品厂提供的支原体培养、鉴定、药敏检测试剂盒进行试验。结果:单纯Uu感染的患者交沙霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素、壮观霉素敏感率较高,均在90%以上;而uu、Mh合并感染的患者交沙霉素和强力霉素相对较敏感,均在85%以上。结论:西宁地区支原体感染以uu感染为主,交沙霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素和壮观霉素可作为本地区衣原体、支原感染的经验性用药,但临床治疗前应尽可能进行衣原体、支原体培养及药敏试验,合理规范用药。
Objective: To understand the status of chlamydia and mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility in the QingHai region and to provide reference basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods: Colloidal gold techniquewereadptedtChamydiatest.ThereagentskitsprducedbyZhuhaiYiminbiengineeringenterprisewereadptedtperfrm mycoplasma culture, identification and susceptibility testing. Results: Among 1395 specimens, 625 cases of chlamydia and mycoplasma infection were detected with the total detection rate of 44.80%, including Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)infection in 349 cases(63.04 ), Mycoplasma hominis(Mla)infection in 13 cases(2.08 ), Uu+ Mh infection in 16cases(2.56 )and Chlamydiainfectionin65cases(10.4). TheresultsfdugsuseptibiitytestsshwedthatsimpeUuinfetinhadhighersensitivity(〉9)tjsamyin doxycyclineclarithromycinand spectinomycin, simple Mh infection had the sensitivity(80 )to josamycin and doxycycline, and UuM h infection were relatively sensitive to josamycin and doxycycline(〉 7 5 ). Conclusion: M ycoplasma infection inQingHai region is dominated by Uu infection, josamycin, doxycycline and clarithromycin can be used as empirical medication to treat mycoplasma infections in this region. But before clinical treatment, the mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility tests should be performed as possible for rational and standardized medication.
