“目标指导”带教模式用于“90后”护士临床带教效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察实施"目标指导"带教模式的效果,为提高临床护理带教质量提供参考。方法:将86名新护士随机分成A、B组,A组以常规方式带教,B组应用目标指导的新带教模式。结果:A、B两组护士知识掌握情况无明显差别(P>0.05),但B组护士个人素质及综合能力明显优于A组(P<0.01,P<0.001);B组护士对带教老师及实习情况满意度明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:对"90后"护士实施"目标指导"带教模式,效果良好。 Objective: to implement the "guidance" teaching effect, in order to improve the teaching quality of clinical nursing and provide reference. Methods: 86 new nurses were randomly divided into A, B group, A group with conventional teaching, group B application target guidance to the new teaching mode. Results: A, B two groups of nurses knowledge had no significant difference (P〉0.05), but the personal qualities of nurses and comprehensive ability of B group was higher than that of group A (P〈0.01, P〈0.001); B group of nurses on teacher and student satisfaction was higher than that in group A (P〈0.05). Conclusion: the "after 90" nurses "target guidance" teaching model, good results.
