摘要
目的:建立白酒中氰化物的流动注射分光光度测定法。方法:样品经过适当稀释后直接用连续流动分析仪测定酒中氰化物。结果:氰化物的线性范围,相关系数分别为0002~()200mg/1、r〉O999,精密度为33%-48%,加标回收率896%~104%。运用了f检验比较了本方法测定结果与国标法之间是否有显著性差异。结论:白酒中氰化物的流动注射分光光度测定法检出限低、线性范围宽、有效去除酒基质的对氰化物测定带来的干扰、具有可靠的准确度和良好的精密度、操作简单、快捷节约了成本,满足不同种类白酒的测定要求。
Objeetive: To establish a simple, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of cyanide in wine. Methods By means of continuous flow-injection-photometry, the cyanide in wine was determined directly by appropriate dilution. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity with correlation coefficient of r〉0.999 in the range of 0.002 0.200 mg/l. The relative standard deviation and recovery were 3.3% 4.8% and 89.6%-104%, respectively, t-test was applied to evaluate the significant difference in cyanide quantity measured by our method and the hygienic standard method. Conclusion: The method employed in this paper for the determination of the cyanide in wine owned low detection limit, wide linear range, good specificity, accuracy and precision and suitable for the analysis of different kinds of wine.
