QIMT、QAS技术定量评价老年人颈总动脉内-中膜厚度和血管弹性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用高频超声QIMT、(QualitylifimaMediaThickness)、QAS(QudlityArterialStiffness)技术定量检测老年人颈总动脉内一中膜厚度(Intimamediathickness,IMT)和血管弹性,了解老年人相关参数的改变。方法:对120例健康老年(60~72岁),男性60例,女性60例;应用超声射频数据处理定量技术对颈总动脉检查获的颈动脉的内膜一中层厚度(1MT-latimamediahthickness)、颈总动脉扩张性膨胀系数(CD—Coefi%ientDistention),脉搏波速度(PWV—PulseWaveVelocity),僵硬度参数(B—StiffnessParameter)进行统计分析。结果:①老年组与对照组颈总动脉IMT和血管弹性参数比较2组年龄组之间颈总动脉IMT和弹性参数存在差畀(P〈005);pwvB增高明显(P〈O05);CD在2组之间之间差异无统计学意义,男性与女性两组间比较各参数的差别,②男性组IMT值较女性组IMT失(P〈005)2组之间之阃差异有统计学意义,CD、Pwvp,B差异无统计学意义;⑧IMT、Pwv和B与年龄呈正相关,(z=O.213,P〈0001);IMT与B呈正相关(r=0.209,P〈0001),而IMT与CD相关不显著;CD与州p呈显著负相关(r=一0660,P〈0001)。结论:QIMT、QAs技术能够准确了解老年人颈总动脉IMT和血管弹性,为临床定量评估老年人血管血管僵硬度提供了新的检查手段。 Purpose The application of high-frequency ultrasound QIMT, QAS technology to identify elderly carotid artery - in film thickness and elasticity of blood vessels to understand the change of the relevant parameters of the elderly. Method: the system analysis applications the overclocking RF data handling quantitative carotid artery check IMT, CD, PWV, P 120 cases of healthy elderly (60-72 years of age, 60 male and female 60 cases). Results. 1, Comparison for the elderly group and the control group, carotid artery IMT and vascular elasticity parameters, the age group between carotid artery IMT and elastic parameters differences (P, 0.05); PWV increased significantly (PN 0.05); the CDwas no significant difference between the two groups, and compare parameter differences between male and female 2, Male group 1MT than women group, statistical significance between the two groups. CD, PWVP, P were not statistically significant.3, between the CD, PWVP, P and age was positive (R = 0.213); ITM and P was positive related (R = 0.209), but the IMT and CD related not significant with; the CD with PWVP was significantly significantly negatively related (R =-0.660). Conclusion: QIMT, QAS technology can accurately understand the elderly King artery [MT and elasticity of blood vessels, and provides a new means of checking for the the clinical evaluation elderly vascular vascular stiffness.
