类风湿关节炎心脏损害的临床研究进展被引量：5

摘要类风湿性关节炎（RheumatoidAtrhritis，RA）是一种以侵犯关节为主的慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病，病变主要为慢性、进展性关节滑膜炎、血管炎等。可伴有关节外其它系统损害，如心血管、呼吸、消化、泌尿系统等，其中以心脏功能受损较为常见，可致心包、心肌等病变，有较高的致残率和病死率，现就RA的心脏损害作一综述。
