摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进在检验科危急值管理中的应用及效果。方法:分析改进近6个月内检验危急值管理中存在的问题,运用PDCA管理模式,成立质量改进小组,提出改进措施,经过半年改进后,比较整改前后检验科危急值报告制度执行情况。结果:PDCA管理模式实行后检验危急值各项考核评分显著提高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:危急值报告制度紧密了检验科与临床科室的互动,完善了医院和科室规章制度,运用PDCA管理模式将危急值报告制度持续完善,使危重患者得到高效、及时、准确地救治,提升医院的理水平。
objective: To explore the application and effect of continuous quality improvement in critical value management. Methods: Analysis the problems of critical value management, set up quality improvement team, propose improvement measures, half a year later, compared the implementation of critical value reporting system. Results: CQI management mode are made the score of critical values testing significantly increased, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Critical value reporting system makes the relationship of clinical laboratory and clinical departments more closely, improve the hospital and department rules and regulations, applying PDCA management mode will improve the level of hospital management continuesly.
