耳鼻咽喉科病人的安全护理体会 被引量:1

摘要 多年的耳鼻咽喉科临床护理工作实践,使我们对耳鼻咽喉科病人护理各环节易发生的护理安全隐患的形成原因,有了较深层次的认识。(1)必须有针对性地加强护士教育和技术培训的措施;(2)护理管理者要重视细节管理,落实安全预警制度,才能提高护理质量,消除隐患,确保患者安全。根据耳鼻咽喉科住院病人的不同特点、不同时期实施恰当的健康教育。结合病人的身心、社会需要,向病人宣讲疾病的常识、用药的注意事项、手术前的准备、手术的护理配合以及饮食、活动、休息等。通过操作示范,发放健康教育手册、公休会、病人现身说法、电视录像等,有计划地、有系统地实施健康教育。满足病人的需要,增强战胜疾病的信心,知道如何自我保健,防止疾病的复发。同时也使病人认识到护理的价值,改善护患关系,增强医护之间的合作,提高病人的满意度,保证病人住院期间在整体护理上的连续性和完整性。 Years of clinical otorhinolaryngology nursing practice, so that the causes we care for ear, nose and throat department patient care safety hazard prone to various aspects, and have a deeper level of understanding. Combined with the patient's physical, mental, social needs, common sense preaching to the patient of the disease, medication precautions to prepare before surgery, and surgical care with diet, activity, rest and so on. By operating the demonstration, disseminating health education manual, sabbatical will, their own experiences of patients, such as video recording, planned, systematic implementation of health education. Meet the needs of patients, and enhance the confidence to overcome the disease, to know how to self-care, to prevent recurrence of the disease. But also to recognize the value of patient care, improve the nurse-patient relationship, and enhance cooperation between health care and improve patient satisfaction, to ensure the continuity and integrity of the overall care of the patient during hospitalization.
