探讨糖尿病护理门诊对院外糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响效果观察

目的:进一步探讨糖尿病护理门诊对院外糖尿病患者遵医行为的影响效果。方法:选取100例2011年11月至2013年11月前来我院进行治疗的糖尿病患者作为此次研究的对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例患者,对照组不采取任何干预措施,观察组采取护理门诊干预,对患者进行为期半年的随访,记录患者半年后血糖情况和遵医行为。结果:经随访后发现,观察组患者的血糖情况有所控制,明显低于对照组患者血糖值,且观察组遵医行为优于对照组。结论:糖尿病护理门诊能够促进糖尿病患者提高遵医行为,提高患者认识疾病的能力,值得在临床中推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of diabetes on further outpatient diabetes care outside of hospital patient compliance behavior. Methods： select 100 cases in 2011 November -2013 year in November came to our hospital for treatment of diabetic patients as the object of the study, they were divided into the control group and observation group, each group 50 cases, control group did not take any intervention, observation group adopted in clinic nursing intervention, for half a year＇s follow-up of patient, recording patients six months after the blood glucose and compliance. Results： after the follow-up after the discovery, observation of blood glucose in patients with some control group was significantly lower than that in group, the blood glucose level control, and compliance behavior of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： outpatient diabetes care can promote to improve the compliance behavior of diabetic patients, improve patient understanding of disease, it is worth promoting in clinical.
