小儿口腔分泌物中乳酸杆菌的调查

Analysis of Tested Lactobacillus Inside the Children' s oral

目的:分析儿童口腔内乳酸杆菌的检出情况。方法:用MRS琼脂(乳酸杆菌培养基)对乳酸杆菌分离培养,经革兰染色、菌落形态学和生化反应鉴定。结果:138例儿童口腔分泌物,乳酸杆菌阳性37例,检出率26.8%,乳酸杆菌菌落数最低为0.7 cfu/ml,最高为67 cfu/ml,平均为14.67 cfu/ml。结论:从儿童口腔分泌物中可以分离培养出乳酸杆菌,为从小儿口腔黏膜念珠菌病中分离乳酸杆菌建立前期实验基础。

Objectives： To investigate Lactobacillus from children＇s oral. Methods： childhood oral secretion were collected. Lactobacillus was isolated adopting selective MRS medium and morpholigically and biochemically identified .Results： The case numbers of 138 was tested,The tested rate of Lactobacillus was 26.8%,the number of corn form unit was 0.7--67,the average number was 14.67. Conlusions Lactobacilli were obtained from children oral secretion.
