摘要
目的:评价飞利浦256层:Brilliance iCT前瞻性心电门控对冠状动脉、肺动脉、主动脉全段成像的图像质量与辐射剂量,探讨前瞻性心电门控技术的临床应用价值。方法:分别将40例患者分为前瞻性心电门控检查组(A组)与回顾性心电门控检查组(B组)2组,每组患者20例纳入研究。2组分别使用美国飞利浦256层Brilliance iCT行前瞻性心电门控和回顾性心电门控检查扫描,扫描前均控制心率≤80次/min,分析两组间三种血管图像质量并比较组间的辐射剂量。结果:在两组40例患者,A组与B组三种大血管图像质量无明显差异(P>0.05);其平均辐射剂量A组(7.2±1.8)mSv,B组(21.2±1.5)mSv,A组与B组相比平均辐射剂量减少67%(P<0.05)。结论:256层Brilliance iCT前瞻性心电门控技术可获得满足诊断需要的图像质量,显著降低了辐射剂量。
Objective: To compare the image quality and patient radiation dose between prospective ECG-tfiggered and retrospective ECG-gated CT coronary artery, pulmonary artery and aorta by using philips 256 BriUianee iCT. Methods: A total of 40 patients were enrolled in this study. All patients with an average heart rate (HR) 〈80 bpm, 20 patients were scanned by using prospective ECGtriggered and 20 patients by retrospective ECG-gated with 256 Brilliance iCT, The image quality and the radiation dose were compared in two groups, Results: with no significant difference for A vs B. The average radiation dose in group A [(7.2±1.8)mSv] reduced 67% comparing with that in group B[(21.2±1.5)mSv]. Conclusion: Using prospective ECG-triggered to perform CTA with 256 Brilliance iCT could keep the image quality and reduce radiation dose significantly.
