手术室术前预防性应用抗生素的现状分析与对策

Status analysis and countermeasures of the prophylactic use of antibiotics before surgery in the operating room.

目的:促进手术室术前预防性抗生素的合理使用。方法:采用观察法和访谈法,对手术室2012年1月至2013年10月15例Ⅱ类切口手术患者用药中存在的问题进行分析。结果:发生抗生素不良反应15例,主要表现在胃肠道反应,出现恶心、呕吐,减慢滴速或停止后症状很快消失。结论:有必要加强手术室护士对预防性应用抗生素的认知和相关药物知识的培训,制订有效的抗生素应用流程,并有效沟通,提高合理用药水平。

Objective： To promote the rational use of prophylactic antibiotics before surgery in operating room. Methods： In patients with type Ⅱ incision operation, analyse the problems of prophylactic antibiotics before surgery in operating room. Results： The adverse reaction of antibiotics occurred in 15 patients. The main side effects were gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea and vomiting, which disappeared quickly after slowed down the speed or stopped the use of antibiotics. Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen the operating room nurse＇s perception of the prophylactic use of antibiotics and drug knowledge training, establish effective procedure of antibiotics application, communicate effectively, and improve the level of rational use of antibiotics.
