摘要
研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所空气中钡的方法,确定了最佳测定条件。结果表明,选用热解涂层平台石墨管、硝酸镁为基体改进剂,灰化温度1200℃.原子化温度2600℃,其加标回收率为95.6%~105.4%,基体改进剂的使用有效地降低了背景吸收。该方法简便、快速,适用于基层实验室进行工作场所空气中钡的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for direct determination of Barium in workspace by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).Methods.- Barium in air was directly determined by GFAAS after the samples welt diluted.Results.. Using the ash temperature could reach 1200℃.The influences to the results could be reduced. The average recoveries of samples were between95.6%- 105.4%.Conclusions.. This method shows simple, accurate, rapid and good precision, and can be applied in the determination of Barium in workspace
