Orthopaedic Causes of falls in hospitalized patients and nursing interventions

目的:分析骨科住院患者跌倒的原因,并探究其护理干预措施。方法:选择30例住院期间发生跌倒的患者,总结患者跌倒原因,并提出针对性的护理对策。结果:高龄、疾病、药物影响、环境因素等是骨科住院患者跌倒的主要因素。结论:骨科住院患者跌倒因素即包括生理、病理因素,也包括外部环境,临床需从改善患者住院环境,加强患者跌倒防范意识,合理药物使用,正确指导患者锻炼肢体功能等方面入手干预,以降低患者跌倒几率,保证患者顺利康复。

Objectivet To analyze the reasons for orthopedic inpatient falls, and explore its nursing interventions. Methods.. Patients choose 38 cases of falls occurred during hospitalization, the patient falls summarize the reasons and propose targeted nursing. Results： The age, disease, drug influence, and environmental factors are the main factors orthopedic inpatients fall. Conclusion： orthopedic inpatients fall factors which includes physiological, pathological factors, including the extomalenvironment, the clinical needs of patients from hospital to improve the environment, strengthen the patient fall prevention awareness, rational drug use, the correct guidance of limb function in patients with other aspects of exercise interventions to reduce patients fall odds, to ensure successful rehabilitation of patients.
