小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的病原菌分析及护理措施研究

Study on the pathogen analysis and nursing measures of ventilator associated pneumonia in children

目的:研究分析小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的常见病原菌类型,并探讨综合护理对小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理效果。方法:2009年7月至2014年3月,以我院收治的39例使用呼吸机治疗且发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的小儿为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,总结其常见病原菌类型,并总结护理干预措施。结果:39例患者中,革兰氏阳性菌感染6例,革兰氏阴性菌感染31例,真菌感染2例。结论:小儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的病原菌类型较多,需要护士在临床工作中给予针对性的综合护理,包括口腔护理、强化手部清洁消毒、严格执行床头抬高,加强呼吸道管理。

Objective： To study the analysis of common pathogens of types of ventilator associated pneumonia in children, and to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care in children with ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods： from 2010 July to 2013 December, in our hospital admitted 60 cases treated with ventilator and the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in children as the object of study, a retrospective analysis of the clinical data, summarize the common pathogenic bacteria types, and summarize the nursing intervention measures. Resultst of the 60 patients, 11 cases of infection of gram positive bacteria, gram negative bacteria infection in 47 cases, 2 cases with fungal infection. Conclusiont There are many types pathogens of ventilator-associated pneumonia in children, need to nurse giving in clinical work for the comprehensive nursing, including oral care, strengthen the hand cleaning and disinfection, strictly enforce the head of bed elevation, strengthening management of respiratory tract.
