口部感知系统训练治疗脑性瘫痪儿童喂养困难的实践和体会

摘要 目的:据研究显示,在神经性或发育性障碍、发育迟缓的儿童中喂养困难发生率〉80%。随着康复医学的发展,脑瘫儿童的喂养问题得到家长及医务工作人员高度关注,喂养困难严重影响了脑瘫儿童的营养供给、生长发育和康复疗效。本文旨在探讨有效改善脑瘫儿童喂养困难的治疗方法,改善脑瘫儿童的喂养问题,促进脑瘫儿童的生长发育和提高康复疗效。方法:选取住院治疗的伴有喂养困难的脑瘫患儿20例,随机分成对照组、治疗组,平均年龄(3±o5)岁。对照组采取常规喂养指导。治疗组采取常规喂养指导和口腔感知系统训练。口腔感知系统训练ld2—3次,20d为一疗程。观察期为1个疗程。结果:治疗组摄食评价结果明显优于对照组,口腔感知系统训练结合喂养指导优于单纯的喂养指导。结论:口腔感知训练可有效改善脑瘫儿童喂养困难。 objective:according to research in neuropathic or developmental disabilities, developmental delays in children feeding difficulties was 〉 80%. With the development of rehabilitation medicine, feeding problems of cerebral palsy children by parents and the medical staff concern, feeding difficulties seriously affected the cerebral palsy children's nutrition, growth and healing properties. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the treatment of difficulty of effectively improve cerebral palsy children to feed, improve cerebral palsy children feeding problems, and improve the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy children's growth. Methods:select hospitalized with feeding difficulty of 20 cases of children with cerebral palsy, randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with an average age of 3 + / - 0.5 years. Control group take regular feeding guidance. The treatment group take regular feeding instruction and oral awareness training system. Oral awareness system training 2 ~ 3 times a day, 20 days for a course of treatment. Observation period for a period of treatment. Results: the treatment group feeding evaluation result is better than that of control group, oral awareness training combined with feeding guidance system is superior to the simple feeding guidance. Conclusion: oral awareness training can effectively improve cerebral palsy children feeding difficulties.
